  • How do I create an account?

    Whether you’re a job seeker or a recruiter, both can register for an account on from the JOBVINE home page. Otherwise you can follow this link if you’re a job seeker, or this link if you’re a recruiter, to get the process started.

  • How do I login in as a recruiter?

    You can login as a recruiter from the home page, or by simply clicking this link you’ll be able to start connecting with the very best talent available.

  • I have forgotten my password, or am having trouble logging in

    If you’ve forgotten your password, simply click the “Forgotten Your Password?” link under your login details. Otherwise, follow this link if you’re a job seeker, and this link if you’re a recruiter.

  • How long will my job post(s) appear on the site?

    The positions that have been added will expire 28 days after they were published.

  • How long are my job credits valid for?

    The 3 free promo credits are valid for a week after you sign up. Any other job ads you may buy will be valid for 12 months after your purchase.

  • How do I get a VAT receipt for online payments?

    If you included your VAT number in your registration, then a VAT receipt will be automatically issued to you once a payment has been made.

  • How do I pay my invoice online?

    All payments are made in a secure and safe manner to ensure your peace-of-mind. Once you’re finished selecting the packages you would like to purchase, all you have to do is proceed to your basket, and continue with your secure checkout. From there you can either pay with your PayPal account or your credit or debit card.
