I have been working in IT for the last 21 years providing IT support from a technical, software and managerial point of view. As a seasoned Administrator I have extensive experience in areas such as: Management, Budgets, CAPEX, internal/external audits, Planning, Projects, Implementations, Upgrades, Maintenance, SLA negotiations, Vendors, Purchasing, Proposals, Reporting, Asset registers, Performance assessments, Management meetings, Data Analysis and Entry and staff training. I have a good grasp of business practices and have been involved in identifying and resolving problem areas or issues in the Business process. I deals with all levels of users in our organisation as well as national and International customers and clients. I am responsible for multiple sites across the Eastern and Western Cape for all their IT infrastructure and end user support.
