I am a senior public health specialist with technical expertise in maternal and child and adolescent health, policy development, gender, sexual and reproductive health and rights, program management, planning, implementation and evaluation. Further to this I have extensive experience in the development of large-scale HIV prevention programmes, as well as extensive experience working with both government and donor organizations. Based on the deliverables listed for this position, I feel that I am uniquely qualified for this specific consultancy.
