With a B.Com (Honours) degree in Industrial Psychology and over 10 years’ experience in HR, I bring a set of talents, knowledge and experience that I believe will be valuable to you. I am an adaptable professional who has been consistently praised as hardworking, reliable and detail-oriented by my colleagues and management. Some of the achievements that I am most proud of is: being part of the team that ensured Top Employer certification for my current company for 6 consecutive years (certification awarded by the Top Employer Institute based in the Netherlands); single-handedly implementing an ESS (employee self-service) system at my current company and establishing an HR department at my previous company where no HR policies, procedures or practices were in place.
