I am Musa Evan Hlabangwani, 26 years of age and i reside at Tembisa. I am a Bcom accounting sciences Graduate from UNISA, i completed my degree in 2018. I am currently doing a Finance Internship at Famous Brands which is coming to an end in April 2020. I previously worked as a security guard while i was still studying towards my degree. The following are the duties i performed throughout my internship program: - Capturing of Bank line Items using SAGE x3 - Pulling of Monthly Reports with the Transaction listings on SAGE X3 - Investigation of variances on bank entries - Assist in Preparation of monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements for central Finance - Assisting in Asset Disposal when the asset is lost, stolen, it become non-functional or when fully depreciated Using SAGE X3. - Assisting in documentation of the supporting documents and information of the asset to be disposed. - Assisting in Capitalizing of new assets and ensuring that the asset have been correctly allocated to the correct asset type Using SAGE X3. - Assisting in ensuring that the assets to be capitalized have been correctly allocated by using the Purchase Order number to search on the Workflow System. - Assisting in compilation of lease documentation in applying new standards(IFRS16). - Casting of the Financial Statements to ensure that the figures that are on the face of the financial statements pull exactly from the relevant Notes. - Assisting with Budget Forecast and preparing slides for the Budget
