I worked at Department of Education as a School Base Monitor where i was given a 12 months contract as it was my first job I've learnt so much about being professional and i enjoyed every moment working with educators and more of course being with learners on day to day basis .June 2016 i got a job as a night shift call centre consultant and that's where i learned so much while working as night-shift consultant i was also given opportunity to be assistant receptionist during day-shift and i learned how to welcome clients,take calls and to make coffee, solve customers enquiries and direct them to the relevant department.I am currently doing my 2nd year at UNISA , Diploma in Public Relations.
