I have always had a strong passion for design. When I finished high school in 2016, I was torn between pursuing graphic design and languages. Eventually, I decided to focus on languages first, which led me to becomefluent in Spanish while also learning French and Japanese. In 2022, I started studying BIS Multimedia at the University of Pretoria. Despite juggling a full-time job and coursework, I managed to achieve a Golden Key certificate, which means I ranked in the top 15% of my peers academically. My impact at my previous position has been significant. Before my involvement, there wasn't a design team in place. I took the initiative to build a design team from the ground up, bringing in new team members and fostering an environment that promotes learning and design principles. While I initially joined as a writer and proofreader, my role has expanded asI've taken on more responsibilities within the company. I've had the opportunity to craft UX/UI design layouts for various website projects, translating these designs into the final website implementations. My diverse skill set, coupled with my passion for design, positions me well for success in the realm of UX/UI design.
