I believe a vital part of the role of an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant/Admin Assistant/Office Administrator is to understand and anticipate the needs of their manager and ultimately make their life as smooth and unproblematic as possible. With experience in extensive diary management, the ability to organize any travel requirements, run events and other high profile activities I feel able to effectively assist and provide support whilst thinking on my feed and overseeing my boss’s day. Having worked in support functions over the last 28 years I have a demonstrable understanding of the requirements and implication of working with a variety of senior figures and can exercise compassion, assertiveness and remain utterly confidential when situations demand. I have strong administration, organising and financial skills and am also able to contribute to creative projects, having coordinated marketing, communication and event activities in previous roles. I am confident in my ability to exhibit the skills and attributes needed to make a successful and efficient Assistant and to contribute to a fast paced and highly creative organization. I am looking for a role that will really challenge me and will allow me to strengthen my current skill set while also developing my potential to take on new tasks. I thrive in a busy commercial environment while also being able to work creatively with a team or on my own projects.
