I've been in the call center industry for 3 years. Worked with Convergys Sprint and Telstra. I am an expert in taking complaints, process orders, and answer questions. The job is rewarding for me, it can also be stressful sometimes, to be honest but I don't believe in the word stress anymore I know how to manage it.
